Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping isn't available at this time.

Free Shipping

Every sauna order includes free shipping within the U.S. — no hidden freight fees.

Processing & Transit Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 days, depending on your location.

Packaging

Saunas ship in 3 separate cardboard boxes per unit (no pallet), and arrive in modular panels for self-assembly — typically 20–60 minutes. Assembly instructions are included with your order.

Delivery Method

Standard delivery is via LTL freight to the nearest accessible area outside your home (curbside or driveway), with an adult signature required and an appointment scheduled in advance — included free with every order. The delivery carrier will call ahead to schedule a time. If we're unable to reach you at the scheduled time or the phone number on file is invalid, the shipment may need to be redirected, and any additional reshipment cost would be your responsibility. If you'd prefer not to require a signature, you can request that at checkout or by contacting us, though we can't be held responsible if the package is lost after an unattended delivery.

Room-of-Choice & White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade)

Need it carried inside, unpacked, or assembled? Room-of-choice and White Glove delivery (including basic assembly and packaging removal) are available as a paid upgrade — contact us at support@vellsaunas.com for a quote before you order.

Damaged-on-Arrival Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vellsaunas.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for full details.
