1-Year Free Warranty
All Véll saunas are covered by a 1-year warranty from the delivery date, providing free repair or replacement for defects in materials and workmanship. This includes:
- Structural and manufacturing defects
- Electrical components — heating panels, control panel, and wiring — when used under normal conditions
What's Not Covered
- Glass components, unless the damage is documented as occurring during transit (see our Shipping Policy for damage-on-arrival claims)
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
How to File a Claim
Contact us at support@vellsaunas.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or video may be requested. We'll coordinate directly with our manufacturing partner on your behalf — no need to contact them yourself.
