Refund policy

Return window
Eligible saunas may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the unit is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by photos of the original packaging label and product code.

Non-returnable situations
- Units damaged after delivery due to misuse, accident, or improper assembly
- Glass components broken after delivery (not related to shipping damage)
- Custom or made-to-order items

Damaged-on-arrival claims
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vellsaunas.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
