• Audio system
• Bulbs and lighting system
• Control system
• Heater
• Portable steam generator (where applicable)
• Damage caused during transportation
• Missing packaging accessories

What’s not covered

• Glass breakage not related to shipping damage
• Damage from refurbishment, accidents, natural disasters, or misuse
• Damage caused by moving an indoor unit to outdoor use

How to file a claim

Email support@vellsaunas.com with your order number and photos of the affected part. We’ll coordinate replacement or repair with our manufacturing partner and keep you updated at every step.
