Processing & delivery

Most saunas ship free within the continental United States and arrive within 7–15 business days via freight. Accessories typically arrive within a few days via standard parcel carriers.

Bulk orders

Orders of 20+ units may have longer lead times for non-stock items (45–65 days), with last-mile delivery arranged separately.

Assembly

Most units are self-assembled in 30–40 minutes with no special tools. White-glove, on-site assembly is available only for customers near our California warehouse — contact us to check eligibility.
