What’s not covered
- Glass breakage not related to shipping damage
- Damage from refurbishment, accidents, natural disasters, or misuse
- Damage caused by moving an indoor unit to outdoor use
How to file a claim
Email support@vellsaunas.com with your order number and photos of the affected part. We’ll coordinate replacement or repair with our manufacturing partner and keep you updated at every step.
